Phase 4 (last phase)

Phase 4 - (last phase)

Softly land from the ball of your (left) foot, rolling down onto your heel.  Use your back (right) leg to gently stop your turn (like a kickstand). Make sure your weight is distributed evenly with a soft knee bend to help catch your turn smoothly and to help prevent injury. Your left leg shouldn't have moved, it just turned in a 360 circle.
